Fernando grew up in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico and still has warm memories of his mom's handmade tortillas filled with queso fresco and tomato-jalapeño salsa. His career in restaurant operations started in Chicago, made its way to Mexico City and back up to the Bay Area where he has worked for Google. Because of course.
